As the founder of Tathya Hospitality Services, Dhawal leverages his proven track record in managing sales and marketing across diverse markets including India, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia the US, the UK, Dubai, and the Maldives. His ability to forge strong relationships with DMCs, tour operators, travel agents, MICE operators, wedding planners and corporate clients has been a cornerstone of his success.
In his most recent role as Head of Sales for IHG Holiday Inn Kandooma Maldives, Dhawal grown India market for the property and established the product as number 1 selling resort in India market. His strategic approach involved sales planning, budget management, and marketing campaigns that significantly boosted the brand’s visibility and market share.
Dhawal’s accomplishments also include establishing the Global Sales Office for IHG India & Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in India, where he consistently surpassed revenue targets and expanded the brand’s footprint in the region.
